What should you do when something in your business structure just. isn’t. working?

This isn’t a real estate ‘highest and best use’ of the land assessment, so profit isn’t the key decision factor.

It’s also not always going to mean dismantling the whole business.

Try this assessment to help you decide when is the right time to rehab or demo different structures in your business.

  1. Take inventory (example: your suite of offers)
  2. List features of each
  3. List pricing for each
  4. Assess - try any of the following: 1) Pros / Cons list; 2) talk about each aloud; 3) journal on them; 4) feel each offer.
