Picking up from where we left off last week, are you fired up
for revisiting your 2022 goals? Before you get started goal setting
for the remainder of the year, or YOUR new year, there’s a
foundational piece that I want to share with you in this
episode.
But first, a little background. In business school, we were taught
how to make a business plan based on loads of market research. We
collected public companies’ financial data, then plugged arbitrary
estimates into our business plans.
Today, the way that I make a business plan is quite different. It
isn’t starting with strategy, but starting with energetics.
If you’re not yet familiar with energy talk in regards to your
business, you’re in good company. For today, you’ll learn a bit of
business energetics 101, as it relates to building a home.
