The business birth story series continues with guest Kristi Ramey, owner of Richmond Birth and Baby and member of the Premier Coaching Center. Kristi shares how she went from doula-ing informally for years to the decision to make her passion an official business in 2018. In just a few years since, she has pivoted to scale, created a hybrid birth business - offering both in-person and virtual services, grown her business to a team of 17, multiple six figures and has already served over 500 families in 2021 (as of late August).
